Jack founded AquaJack to give swimmers and aquatic athletes direct access to the lessons he has learned through international training and racing.
Because he remains an active competitor, his coaching reflects current work on technique, race skills, preparation and performance. Each session turns that experience into feedback the athlete can understand and use.
