Your information is used to respond to enquiries, assess the requested coaching service, arrange sessions, provide customer support and deliver digital products. AquaJack does not sell personal information.
Service providers
Information may be processed by services used to operate the website and complete your request, including website hosting, FormSubmit for enquiry delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile for form security when enabled, and Payhip and Stripe for digital product purchases. Those providers handle information under their own privacy terms.
Information about children
Coaching enquiries may include information about a swimmer under 18. A parent or guardian should submit the enquiry where appropriate and should only provide information relevant to the requested service.
Storage and security
Reasonable steps are taken to protect personal information. Information is kept only for as long as reasonably required for enquiries, bookings, customer support and business records.
